Warranties:

All rotating parts are guaranteed for one year

All frames are guaranteed for 1 year

Delivery delay:

As we work with several actors in the Dutch bicycle industry,

we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Some bicycles are built on order, like the Van Goghs or

the Cargos, others are on stock. But we will deliver as soon

as we can. In general count on 2 weeks.

When you are not satisfied with our products, we will take the

product back up till 1 month (undamaged, in the box) and we

  will reimburse you.
